My little brother was on my account and he said something unpleasant can I get it back?

my account got banned and I was wondering if I can get it back because my little brother was on my account

My little brother bought a game and i need a refund.

Dear support team, my little brother bought a game using my visa card. I came home to see my little brother playing the amazing spider man 2 on my Xbox. I asked him how he was playing it and how he got the game. he said he bought it from the store. He said
he didn't know how but i realized that my card was linked to the account and he knew my password (because we share the Xbox account). Can I please get a refund?

hello me and my little brother was on vacation for the last week so we got back today so we decided to play the game so i signed in my xbl account and he signed into his account to play gears of war judgment at the bottom of the screen it said profile signed
in various locations so it signed my little brother account out and he tried to sign back in and it said suspended from xbl until 12/31/9999 my little brother and i been out of town visiting my mother shes sick for the last week why is my little brother account
suspended.

Sorry but the code of conduct says the account owner is responsible for everything that happens on your account whether you did the offense or someone else. To contest this you need to file a case review
