My Little Brother is Crying

Hi,

My little brother was sooooo excited that xbox made it possible to play 360 games on XB1, even though he has a XB360. He was excited because xbox also made it possible for online play between the two and he was ready to play one of his favorite
games RAINBOW SIX VEGAS with his big brother this weekend until he found out that because we live in the same house and play off of the same IP address that he still can't play online with me.

I think that totally sucks. I mean there are so many one player games that are the best games out and the only way to play multiplayer is if I play with people that are living outside of my house but yet can't play with a person that I love and is
in the same house and just in the next room across the hall crying. I mean I get it you want people to play with all types of people all over the world for whatever reason but yet a Big Brother can't play with his little brother during our Thanksgiving Holiday
weekend.

Split screen games are cool but they suck because you slice the screen into 2 and make the gaming screen smaller for both players and most of the hottest games are not split screen. I am not a tech guru but I do understand that it is a network limitation
and not a gaming limitation so I was wondering if it is possible that in the very near future would it be possible for XBOX to make playing multiplayer games accessible for people like me and my little brother who are playing on the same network.

i need help

why can't I play on my account on the internet I live with my three brothers we share one Xbox my little brother got the Xbox banned off the internet why can't I use my profile but my other little brother was crying because he had spent about 3 years on
games he has played I think the console ban is a ridiculous idea because I've lost all my stuff to how can I fix this

If you have IPV2, IPV4 and IPV5.0, you can assign different IP address from your router,

 

I never knew that it wasn't pos to play online on the same network has far as i know it should just work. It sounds more to do with the set up you have.
