You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

If it's a console ban then that's it,they can not be appealed & are not overturned.

If it's a console suspension you will have to wait until the suspension is over as they can not be appealed either.

If it's a account suspension you can file for a case review on the enforcement site
here if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.
