My life and my kids are treatened what would you do enforcement??

Today is the worse day of my life, i have been verbally abused and threatened today xbox and my life is in jeopardy.

Around 1pm on 7th of feb i was playing in a lobby with my 12 year old friend, we discussed what "class" he should run for he is only new at the game and ive been gaming for 6 years, we then were rudely interrupted by gamer [Mod Removed] and he told us to
shut up and that women shouldnt play xbox, i debated and insisted that i was pretty good, (this is all before the game started) he told the entire lpbby including my 12 year friend that he rather have sex with his mother instead of me, i was glad comsidering
i have a man, i told him that was insest but we wont judge lets play, he then stated that he "will" come and rape me for i am a fat **** that needs punishing. (Im at this point very upset and angry) i told him stop talking like that for i have a man, he then
threaten to come to my house and cut my mans throat, in detail he continued that with is throat he then will make me watch while he still "**** me" he must of heard my 3 month old baby in the mist of carrying on but then threatened my babies life. He spoke
and screamed that hes coming for my baby and that he will bash him then cut his throat too and place the body of my baby on top of my man. I went ballistic, i screamed at him then my partner rang xbox live. We then spoke to nsw police then new zealand police
then was directed to nsw hotline and police came to our house. Overall theres nothing they can do only that they want him band from xbox for i was threatened and it is cyber bullying. NSW police senior constable pearce at nowra police station want xbox to
contact them regarding the matter on [Mod Removed] for this serious and unacceptable for i have serious mental illinesses but either way no one should get away with this, majourity of children play xbox and shouldnt hear others or themselves harrassed, threatened
or bullied. I truly hope something is done with this matter

anyway. yeah. like i know all my bullets are hitting the target, they are shaking and blood is coming out. in real life someone would be dead with 3 bullets to the chest. just like cod.

^kid if you know me in real life. You would know i got the shafth in edacation. Becoues of my disabliety. I have autistum. When I was a kid. They didn't haved all thoese programs that would help me do stuff right. If you don't know what it is. Just google
or bing it. Or what ever you kids used. You will learned the history of that disabliety is not that great when comes to edacation.

 

Sorry to hear this happened to you. However, I must first mention that naming and shaming other tags is not allowed on the forums.

What you should do is report the gamertag via the dashboard reporting tools. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions provided. The report will be sent to the PET to investigate and take any necessary action on. From there
you can then block the person so they cannot contact you again.

Also, if you believe your life to be in danger from this person then you should immediately contact your local law enforcement agency and report it so they can look into it as well. I did see that you said the police should have Xbox contact them but Xbox
will not do that. The police will need to contact Xbox with a subpoena for information on this person. That is the only way info will be released.

I am very sorry to hear this, please report this user to XBLET and block them. You did what you should have and contacted law enforcement. Me and the Xbox Team hope that this gets resolved and does not happen again.
