My library just disappeared but the folders are still occupying the same amount of memory.

If Xbox app is not working, please install the games on MS store at the moment. You can launch the games by searching them from yiur start search bar too once installed.

I tried the recommended solutions. Still not fixed. I've just uninstalled the games through the Control Panel. Will reset the Xbox app again before downloading again. Thanks.

Please try this:

Let's reset the Xbox app first then do a store reset as well.

Click Start and click Settings; Select Apps & features. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options. Click Reset then also click repair.

Once done, please do this:

Click Start and search for wsreset, right click then open as admin, wait for the store to load up again.

Once done, restart your PC then try again please.

If that still does not show on your app, try to search for the game on your start menu and try to launch it from there.

I completely removed the ecternal harddrive and redownloaded lego marvel onto my xbox and as soon as i reset the xbox it disappears from the library but i can still play it from the dashboard pin. It will show up if i refresh my library but disappears
after reset. This just started after the December update.

I can't access them from any place. They disappeared, and are displayed only when I go the memory option.

On my library, I tried to select all games, Arcade games, etc, and they don't appears.
