My library is gone and The games that i own isn't there anymore and gamepass section is broken

today, when i opened xbox app i've found my library gone after the update i think for xbox app, and the game pass Section isn't working, only the header is working and when i click on any game to see it's store page nothing appears like the photo.

if needed my region is Egypt

What I mean is that there are certain games not available on some countries so what ever games you have on the store you can purchase, they are available on your country.

Anyway, regarding your issue. Please make sure to go back to the insider hub and check if your current preview member is still active. You can also submit feedback on there if you have any issues such as this so that this problem will be reported through insiders.

i submitted the feedback since 3 days no one replied. still have same issue.

you are a helpful person if you got sometime during the day call Xbox support for us and send them this article link i can't call them because the support is closed in Egypt.

they added it lately in the PC Game Pass Preview. by the way i can buy and download games from microsoft store.

That includes PC because it's you are playing games from the Xbox app that uses subscription. Please click on the tab "Game pass" and you should see there with PC included as well.

Can you try accessing the Xbox app from your mobile phone just to check if it works? I don't think the update would ruin the app since there has been no reports about this.

I tried everything to make it work. it's really disappointing I was excited when they announced the game pass finally became available in Egypt which is really late. Egypt have a huge gaming community and they should done earlier. I can't even request a call or contact with any official support which is really sad. they don't consider us a people who is willing to pay and have fun.

anyway after trying everything for 5 hours of disappointing. I found that if you changed the windows region to France + the time zone. then restart the Xbox app. the games will load and you can browse them but you can't download any new game from the pass other than Ubisoft and EA games. also you can lunch your already downloaded.

if anyone from the official support are actually reading our problems kindly respond. we can't contact you from Egypt.
