    My lg tv is having problems


    My lg tv keeps getting an invalid format screen for some reason. I plugged in the hdmi , and hd component cables and both are not 100% all the time. Is it my xbox, or tv?

    Problems with hdr her on xbox one s

    do you recall if your first LG tv had Ultra HD Deep Color? Cuz if so, then it was HDR10 and ALOT of people are having problems with LG HDR

    Hi there, I've had a look and it does appear that the TV would be the device that is displaying that message and not the Xbox console itself, this can be due to a few things.

    Check the TV's settings itself to see if it has the option to turn off Native Resolution as the TV is likely capable of native 1080p resolution, but the Xbox 360 console is not and this could likely be conflicting with each other.

    Another solution would be to check that the TV is updated to the latest firmware, that is under the assumption that the TV is internet capable and not an older model of the LG TV's.

    Lately, check to see that your settings on the console match that of the TV resolution capabilities, see following link for sets on how to do so:

    Yes. I did use another tv. The other tv is only a led hd tv. And it has no problem with any cable on it. My resolution is 720p on that tv. Can go to 1080p also but tv is to weak for it. And on that tv games and streaming have no issue. It's only on my LG tv. It does the same on my parents tv that is a Hisense. And on one of my other friends tvs that is a LG. I have used 3 different cables on my LG tv and it does the same. But on my smaller tv there's no prob with all 3 cables.

    Xbox One S audio cuts out for a second every 30 minutes when 4K resolution selected.

    I got an update on my LG which is an UH8500. This update fixed the issue. No update on Xbox One S so that suggests it's an LG problem and not an Xbox issue...Bombard LG with this, it appears to be their fault...
    Not true. I have a Samsung TV and I have the exact same problem, first with my s and now with my Scorpio.

    I have the same problem with my LG OLED65B9PSB and still I don't found any solution, but according of your experience I think ask to LG the previous version of the firmware of the TV.
