My lb in my Xbox controller is not working.

So recently I came home and picked up my controller of the desk and I tried to play a game but then I noticed the lb wasn't working or clicking. It wasn't pushed in or popped out it was normal like the rb button. So I tried to look online and they told me to open the back and remove the warranty sticker and I remembered I had a warranty on that controller for GameStop and lost it so I was hesitate but I stopped and thought about it more. That's when I started testing it and while I was I put it upside in my pocket because I was holding something else and right as I take it out and click lb it clicks. I was so confused and surprised because it wasn't dented in so I turned it back around and it clicked but then stoped after a couple of seconds. I tried popping it out to see may e if something was in there but you can't unless you open the controller and I cleaned the sides after. 1 day later and I flipped it and it didn't click no more if anybody knows how to fix this without paying for new bumpers or anything please help. Or if there is a way to find the warranty thing GameStop gave me online or something. (I have the Xbox series x controller btw(

To mail it to Microsoft.

If it is out of warranty, the ideal would be to seek some technical assistance specialized in games so that they can help you.

The problem with my LB button working as RB button is on my Xbox series x controller

So my LB button is messed up so i try switching controllers inbetween rounds on battlefield what happened? new controller didnt work at all had to switch xbox off then on with voice control! getting beyond a joke now!!

Goatsnatcher, thanks for your reply. But if you have read my previous posts you would know that this is not the problem.

My RB works just fine, click and everything. My LB barely makes a sound, and only reacts when pushed hard down. My RB is very sensitive, while my LB makes allmost no sound and has to be pushed hard to react.

On my other controller it is the opposite button.
