    I was told I only had 4.6hrs of playtime for Freedom Rewards and my post was locked when my profile begs to differ with that number. Simple division has me at 6hrs and 20 mins.

    DVD/Blu Ray Player stuck on loading screen, but with menu sounds.

    I'm having issues playing any DVD and I only get the blue BluRay screen with the spinning circle and no sound. There was another recent post about this but it was closed and locked with no real resolution. Is there a resolution to this?

    I am getting real fed up with Xbox acting like this isn't a real problem with tons of threads that get closed without resolution. Whether it's a small group or not we deserve to have ALL features on our Xbox working.

    If you are referring to the FREE Ride offer, we only see that you have 4.65 hours of play time for this title this month. If you have only recently played additional time, please keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process recent
    activity, so that time would not be calculated yet.

    I just received my codes in my email today. Luckily I double checked my spam box because I missed them there the first time. Since I received the codes only days after posting on here I will consider this a speedy resolution and am now a satisfied customer.

    Kathy- minecraft support informed me this morning they are closing my ticket without resolution. Is there someone I can speak to over the phone from Microsoft support to escalate this issue? Back and forth emails don't appear to be having an affect in getting me back to a playable status.
