I only noticed this today after coming home to find my girlfriend going through all my pictures. I have no idea how long they have been connected, nor do I have any idea how they got connected. I have never set up a connection between the two devices nor
do I ever intend to. Can someone please tell me why this has happened and how I can stop it?

XBOX ONE, getting music videos purchased on XBOX 360

Hello, I have hooked up my new XBOX ONE, got my gamer tag, achievements, and awards that I had from my XBOX 360. However I can not figure out how to get the music videos I purchased on my XBOX 360. The movies I purchased on the XBOX 360, went to my XBOX
ONE, but not the music videos. on the XBOX 360 over the last few years I have purchased about 200 music videos. How can I get those music videos on my XBOX ONE? PLEASE HELP!!

Imac, need help setting up media sharing on my iMac

Hello, I just bought my first game console, I went through the steps to connect my wireless router to my xbox 360, I opened up a live account but I do not know how to set up media sharing on my iMac so I can view pictures and videos from my iMac on my xbox,
any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hey there Graham!

Sorry to hear about the media issue. To get info on how Windows Media Center was turned on, check out this
article. Follow the steps below to turn it off.

From the Xbox 360 dashboard, go to Settings.

In the System Settings, go to Computers.

In this menu, you should see your PC here. You can go ahead and press A on your PC and select Disconnect.

Strangely these are available on my W7 laptop via the Zune software??

Even though they were purchased through Xbox Music and not through Zune??

None of my other video purchases show up in Zune though.... it is all rather strange!

I can't even use the guide and most of the videos shown on the screen upon start-up have gray pictures. Which means, yes, I don't have access to my history, subscriptions, account settings, or anything. A bit annoying.

However, I can still connect my laptop to the 360 through the website, so that's good.

I recently bought a Surface Tablet RT and the music app allows me to stream music, tv shows and movies from my Xbox Live account (purchased via Zune on my Xbox 360); however, I am NOT able to access my "music videos" as purchased via Zune on my Xbox 360.
The music videos are still playable on my Xbox 360 console. When I try to play my music videos on my Surface, I get an error message providing that the device cannot stream the music videos via the cloud. Exactly how can I add my music videos to my Surface
tablet? I find this frustrating, and it's a simple matter and nobody (Surface support, Microsoft store reps) has been able to give me a simple, or any useful, answer. This is definitely what separates the Surface from Apple mobile devices as anything I purchase
on Itunes is seamlessly accessible on all Apple mobile devices. Without real assistance in using my Surface for media/entertainment as advertised, I'll be forced to return it and rely back on my Apple devices.

Some additional points. I have a Verizon MI424WR router. Both XBOX One and PC are wired. I can stream pictures and videos using xbox one media player from my PC but when I click on a music file it indicates no files found. I can stream music on my XBOX
360 from my PC using the music player. I looked at my antivirus (MS Security Essentials) and Windows firewall is on but I don't see anything that would only block music to the xbox one.

When I'm at my PC, my 360 is usually on playing a video or some music. It'd be a lot more convenient to be able to access a browser on my console in the middle of a game than having to wait while the laptop boots up.
