My laptop doesn't work when connected to Wi-Fi nor Ethernet

I mostly use my laptop to play games so i noticed this issue very quick, i've had the laptop for over 2 years and had no issues with it but lately it started having ping spikes when playing games (going from 80 ms to 600 ms for a few seconds then going back down and going back up), i tried playing with an ethernet cable but it doesn't solve the problem so i tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, that being my uncle's who lives in the apartment underneath me and it still gave the same problems, so i tried plugging a USB-C cable and using hotspot from my iPhone but it didn't work through cable so i tried connecting to it wirelessly and it works. So i can only use my laptop efficiently when connected to hotspot otherwise it has ping issues. I have an Acer Aspire 515-56 with windows 11(all latest updates installed) and all drivers have been both updated to latest version and uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't fix my issue. I even tried resetting my computer but even after formatting it it still has the same problem.

The network quality was good on other devices, me and my uncle’s network are on different ISP, the game didn’t have any problems and there were no apps open in the background. The problem fixed itself yesterday tho on it’s own but i’d still like to know the cause so i can fix it if it ever happens again.

From the situation you described, your laptop has a network delay problem when using WIFI and wired networks, and reinstalling the driver and resetting the system operation does not work, faced with this situation, you can try the following possible solutions:

1. Check the quality of your network. You can try using the network speed test tool to detect your network latency and packet loss rate.

2. Please check whether you are using proxy tools while playing the game, which may affect the quality of your connection.

3. Check whether other applications occupy the network bandwidth in the background, and shut down applications that may occupy network resources, such as download tools and video streaming applications.

4. Try to see if the latency of other games is normal, if only this game has this problem, you may need to consult the game operator for more professional support.

5. What I want to confirm to you is that you and your uncle's network is provided by the same Internet service provider? If you are using the same provider there may be a problem with the provider's network service. You can try connecting to another Internet service provider's network to see the latency.

When trying to download the ISO file it happens and secondly, I'm connected by ethernet so that's not really possible (my mobo doesn't have wi-fi)
