My Konsole was banned for 14 days but the bann is still there sind 3 months

So i Recived a message at the 10th august that my xbox is gonna be banned for 14 days. until the 24th august.

Now we got the 11.November and the Xbox is still banned.

my question is why is the console still banned ?.

Are you sure it was a console ban for just an account ban. Most console bans are permeant

 

ich checked on enforcmend i have no bans there.
