My kinect sensor of xbox one is restarting all the time! Help me!

I had the same issue when I tried using my xbox fitness. I went online and followed the instructions to reset the kinect. Basically...hold the on/off button for 10 seconds until the console shuts off...unplug the power cord from the console...then unplug
the kinect connection from the console. Let it sit for a minute. Then plug the power back into the console. Turn on the console...go to settings...then to kinect. When it prompts you to plug in the kinect to the console. That did it for me...hopefully
it works for others too.

If nothing there works, you should contact Microsoft for a repair of the Kinect 2.0 sensor. They will allow you to send this back interdependently of your console unless they expect a console issue which is unlikely. I had a similar issue with my Kinect
and they replaced it from door to door within one working week.

please be aware that the Kinect sensor is no longer produced, which also means that there most likely won't be any new games released for the Kinect sensor.

To be able to connect a Kinect sensor to the Xbox One S you will also require a special adapter, which isn't sold anymore as far as I know.

All in all you might want to reconsider wanting to by a Kinect sensor.

I regret to say I do not have an Xbox One Kinect. But, this maybe a situation where the Kinect itself needs to be updated, see Update your Kinect sensor at "Your

Try to disconnect the kinect sensor and restart the console without it. With this configuration all the controllers synchroniza every time you try it. I think that is a software bug.
