    My kinect is not working :'(


    I got a kinect from my parents. I put it togheter in the living room. It worked good we played with it test the voice recognison, everything worked fine. But when I went to my room end put it togheter it wont turn on anymore. I checked the adapter, cables,kinect
    fan everything. I hear a slight buzzing sound from the kinect. Can anyone help?

    Hi there,

    In addition to the advice given, have you tried another power outlet? In rare cases, if many devices are attached to one power strip, for instance, there can be issues with power distribution between anything connected. This can cause devices to not work
    as intended.

    Sorry to hear it. Is this for the Xbox One? If so and you are still having trouble please try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. Then unplug everything from it for 5 minutes. When you plug
    everything back in please make sure that your Kinect adapter is plugged into a wall socket
