My kid's profile does not appear on my menu though she was added as my family

Thanks for the reply. I tried the same earlier, but after I was here, am able to see only my xbox Gamer profile, am not able to see my kids profile even though I have added my kid as one of my family member. In general family member page my kids name is visible. But not in the Profile > Privacy Settings.

I have the exact issue. It's Fortnite Crew for Xbox, purchased for one of my young kids and now I want to cancel it. It does not appear under "Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions" (though others for Xbox do).

Is there some sub-account for my kid versus my parental/family account? I've tried to find it but the only place my son's account appears is under "Family" in another part of Microsoft and there doesn't seem to be any subscriptions for just him.

There is no error, I just can't find the subscription to cancel.

I've looked at Epicgames under his account as well and no purchases appear.

Thanks for your info OCT, looks like this is the case as Microsoft will begin migrating linked Family accounts to standard Live accounts (silver) when the renewal period finishes. Some folks are saying Family Pack is being "rebooted" but nothing is confirmed
yet.

I just attempted the process of adding a member with a new 2 year Gold Membership to a Family Pack that had 2 weeks remaining only to discover that XBOX IS NO LONGER RENEWING THE GOLD FAMILY PACK. When it expires you will not be able to renew. And you
cannot add an additional year to the existing account using the evection/re-add process. I was told that this went into effect on March 6th.
