    My kids profile disappeared from XBOX360


    Dear All, Today we have faced an update error due to short storage space, trying to fix it I noted that main storage is unformatted. Fixed the issue by installing a new flas drive and setting as system drive. Hence update has been completed. I could download my profile but my kids profile have disappeared, cant find then under family settings, neither can download them. They each have a MS child account. Need urgent help.

    Any other suggestions ?

    Just for testing, I used a smarphone to connect to my profile and it's the same, the pics did not appear. Do you think the problem comes from the profile on my Xbox360 or this comes from the website xbox.com ?? Weeks ago, I already reloaded my profile on
    the Xbox360, without deleting it before (I don't know if this can change somthing)

    Hey ! This can sometimes occur for a few days at a time sometimes but the gamerscore will come back shortly. If you do not see those achievements return it could be because of a gamerscore reset if the achievements were determined to be hacked or manipulated
    in some way. Give it a few days and let us know how it goes!
    ok i will wait. But rhey were legit. Not hacked.
