My kid changed my gamertag and I can’t change it back due to the character count being too long

To whom this may concern,

Well last week I discovered that my kid had change my gamer tag that of which I’ve had for the past 15 years which has a character count of 13; And of course with that being said now I can’t change it back because you can’t have over 12 characters in your
gamertag

Buenas, puedes probar a cambiarlo desde Xbox 360 quizás allí siga vigente el anterior formato que permitía hasta los 15 caracteres, espero que te sirva de ayuda, un abrazo

Si no ha cambiado el cambiado el método, por cada 3 cambios de Gamertag te sale a costo 0 el siguiente, puedes probar si te deja cambiarlo de nuevo gratuitamente y contando que ya has cambiado 3 veces el gamertag en el tiempo que tiene la cuenta te saldrá
sin costo alguno
