My Jurassic world evolution add-ons will not work

So basically I downloaded the Jurassic world evolution add ons such as the deluxe content, the carnivore dinosaur pack, and the Cretaceous dinosaur pack. And they won’t show up in the game and I keep turning off my xbox one on and off and uninstalling
the add ons and reinstalling them, but nothing will happen, i dont know what to do now, i contacted support but they couldnt help me

Are you trying to find the dinosaurs in the incubate menu?

Yeah

but i dont know how to get them there

I see, you unlock them as you progress through the game.

If you go Menu < research < fossils then select one under the deluxe edition or any other DLC you have you will be able to see the unlock requirements by clicking on the lock symbol. (I do not have carnivore dinosaur
pack but it will also show up on this page)
