    I cannot stop ma Jigsaw Play turning around all time without stopping .I cannot Play it I always pay by Creditcard.I wanted to book it for one more year but it did not recognize my order . I looked at my payments ----please help!

    my player pushing and shoving

    during games in my player mode i cannot figure out how get past most players if i am running a play. they push you and stop your momentum as you are running the play it is kinda frustrating,and i know my strength is low but does it really have that much
    to do with it.............so my question is how can i run plays without getting shoved around by the defender all the time.........oh yeah im 6'7 at small forward and im getting shoved around by the point guards of other teams help me out.............

    Toy blast ad is locking up my screen

    please stop running the toy blast ad until it is fixed. It locks up my screen and it turns all black. I have to close the program and try again to run the microsoft solitaire. I cannot play the game on some days as the ad comes on again when I try to
    login and play and it keeps locking up.

    Xbox One X - All game downloads stop at 12.00KB

    Hi Mohammed, unfortunately I’ve gone through these steps a number of times before with no luck. I tried a reset over the weekend, and tried to download a single game. It ran for a while then just stopped. When trying to resume it would stop almost immediately. If I cancel all downloads, reboot and resume, I get the same issue - it will download for a short time, then stop and not resume. I have this issue since June last year. My Xbox is up to date with all updates/patched.

    TV Signal Freezes

    I noticed the same problem on mine, I have my computer attached via HDMI and the picture was freezing... Turns out the problem was that if xbox does not detect any sound coming in from the HDMI in, it freezes the picture. When sound resumes, the picture
    resumes as well. So my solution till they fix it is to play a 'silent' wav file in the background on my computer, and the freezing stops.

    Machinima Application Issues

    App loads slowly if it does at all. Freezes and becomes unresponsive at times videos stop playing and will not resume. This is the only app that does this. No help avable online so I'll just delete the flawed app.

    Tried to install Stardew Valley, download is stuck at 2%, cannot resume or cancel, and cannot play any other game except minecraft.

    I followed all of those steps and am getting frustrated. I appreciate your assistance so far, but it seems that this issue isnt resolving.

    I repaired the MS store, Xbox app and Gaming Services. I opened up services and started the ones that were stopped. I restarted my computer. Stardew Valley is still stuck at 2%, i cannot resume it nor can i cancel it. I still can not run any of my games.

    0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

    Add me to the list of people with this problem now. So far, I've only seen it in Mahjong. I was able to play jigsaw and solitaire this morning without a problem. I play Solitaire, Mahjong, Minesweeper, Taptiles, Jigsaw and Sudoku daily, so I'll add to this
    post if any of the other games have the same issue. I can log into the Xbox app just fine. All games worked fine yesterday for me. My last Windows update that installed was on 12/5, well before this issue started.
