    Game will not load. Need assistance.

    I just bought a new HP laptop that has Microsoft Solitare Collection however it won't load. When I attempt to play it I get a notice that it's loading save game data step 1 of 9 but nothing ever loads. I've tried for a couple of days and still the same thing.
    I attempted to open from the "My Games" section how're now I just get a blank screen that says loading but again it never loads. I'm not that computer savvy. Any advice would be great.

    Problem solved. Uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and re-installed. Everything is working just fine.

    Fixed this problem by upgrading my PC to Build 14393 of Windows 10. Was able to play - download - the previous 2 days Jammers that didn't work before. Up to day on this. Now on to other issues - lost all my regular puzzles I downloaded and completed...???

    Jigsaw Jammer not loading

    I have the same problem...

    Unable to play Jigsaw Jammer since 4 Sep 2016. Starts to load and hangs.

    Checked Updates and they're all loaded. I have postponed the UPGRADE.

    Ran the Appsdiagnostic10.diagcab, wushowhide.diagcab, dxdiag Direct X Ver. 12, & wsreset.exe. No change.

    The other 2 games, Lock Breaker & Bug Catcher, work fine.

    Jammer tries to load, shows the 4 puzzle pieces moving together and apart, displays about 1/2 inch of the loading bar and loops the puzzle pieces movement infinitely. I let it run for 20 minutes once.

    I did run the MS Disk Cleanup to get rid of all the junk files... ???

    Any suggestions?
