If your connection from your ISP includes IPv6 and your router supports it, just make sure that your IPv6 connection settings on your router is enabled.

Your console should connect automatically to IPv6 but if not, you may check your options through Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > IP settings.

IPV6 has to be supported by your router and your ISP. IPV6 is already built into Xbox and when it detects it you're set.

Comcast is my ISP and their network supports IPV6.

I have a netgear router that supports IPV6 and it's just a matter of logging in to the router and enabling the IPV6 feature.

For Xbox One to connect to the internet using IPv6, your home router needs to have IPv6 enabled, and your internet service provider (ISP) must support IPv6.

Is your router a Netgear as well or is it from your ISP? If it is a Netgear here is a link to the steps to enable IPv6.

If the router is from your ISP then you should contact them to get assistance in changing it if you can't do it form the Admin on your network.

Crystal is not a bot, she gave you the most pertinent troubleshooting in this case. Your router may not support multiple devices. If all but one Xbox are supporting ipv6 then the fourth should. Try disconnecting one of the other ones that have it and see
if the fourth then gets it. If this doesn't work you can try a soft factory reset, as there may be corrupt data on the fourth console. If these don't work you will need to contact your ISP. On the bottom of that guide crystal gave you, one says to check your
manual for router, other states to contact ISP.
