When You are Communication Suspended You Are Removed All Privilages To Talk Which Led Me Up on My Perma Suspention for harass abuse and threats either a report was over looked or the enforcement team is bullshiting me but i just quiet dont understand when
ur communication suspended u cant talk which i was on 2/1/2017 untell 2/15/2017 and on the 2/3/2017 i was perma suspended for harass abuse and threats but the thing is how can u get perma suspended for abuse harass and threats when your revoked of all privilages
to talk to anyone

Account investigation - MS lost my first investigation

I recently had to start an account investigation that I was told would take 25 days. After 25 days nothing had happened. They said wait till 30 dayswas up. I waited then contacted xbox support who had 'lost' the investigation. Then
I had to start a new one. Stunning incompetence by MS.



very very unhappy with this poor security and service. I mean I pay 40 quid a year for this security.

 

investigations take time. So both suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks before the 1st suspension was issued.

 

the thing is tho when ever your reported it takes 3-2 days not a 4 -12 days

 

There is no time limit.

You could be suspended for something you did months ago

Not sure where you got 3-2 days from but that just isn't true.
