    My internet keeps disconnecting and connects every five minutes so yesterday this happened to me and i thought this was gonna go away today but it hasn't im getting annoy by this is it Microsoft from working home or is me? Please help.

    Xbox one controller disconnects when I lose connection to the internet

    I know why my internet keeps disconnecting. What im saying is my controller disconnects when i lose connection. It will reconnect but on rare occasions it will not turn back on. Dont worry about the wifi part. All I need to know is if the controllers are
    supposed to drop conneection and then reconnect when the xbox all of a sudden loses internet connection. I dont lose control of the wifi.

    Xbox Disconnects every 5-10 minutes, but will hold for up to an hour.

    All right. This is how it is. I've spent 24+ hours with xbox support and they have determined it is not my xbox in any way shape or form. My internet provider has come to the same conclusion.

    I have gotten a new modem. It is still disconnecting. I am not getting a new router because directly connecting it to the modem is still disconnecting.

    I am going to take my xbox to my parents on Thursday March 8th. If it keeps disconnecting then it is an xbox LIVE issue. If it does not keep disconnecting then it is my ISP. Either way, I've been screwed out of services and my time for 3 weeks. Someone needs
    to take responsibility.

    back for me too, not without more problems though first time it disconnected me from all internet on my xbox and when I solved that one it worked fine.

    But still Microsoft keep your costumers updated!
