    What is the problem with connecting to Microsoft Mahjong? The problem just started mid morning today,

    Having trouble connecting to Mahjong Jackpot

    I just reinstalled Mahjong and am having trouble opening the app

    When I initially try to open I get the following message

    :Having trouble connecting to the internet" even though I am connected, and when its does open I am unable to open Mahjong Jackpot. Is there a problem with the app. I am running Windows 10.

    both by bingo and mahjong are having trouble connecting to the Microsoft internet connection. Please help me with this.

    Have you ever received a response to this question? I am having the same problem. My problem is with Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Solitaire. Worked find for over a couple a weeks and then started giving me this error today. Microsoft Minesweeper is
    currently still working. My internet connection is fine.

    Can't Sign In to Sudoku

    Looking through this forum there are 3, now 4 people suffering the some problems with Microsoft Sudoku. I have not been apply to sign in for the last 30 hours.

    The message is 'unable to connect to Xbox server check your internet connection'.

    I am able to connect to the Internet, Solitaire Collection and Mahjong.

    There must be a problem at Microsoft Cloud.

    Sorry I cannot help you, but I also have been getting a message since 26th January saying Mahjong had difficulty downloading data for the game. Can microsoft help?

    Server Connection Issues

    I am playing on my PC from the downloaded Bingo game. My internet connection is strong and I'm not having problems with the other Xbox live games like solitaire connection or Mahjong. I see on the Bingo discussion and support pages that this is a global
    problem with server connection issues that Microsoft keeps experiencing and not just an issue with me so I'll wait until the problem gets resolved.

    Does Microsoft post updates when there are large connectivity issues with updates or information on when these will be fixed?
