My installation goes to queue

I'm installing black ops 3 on my console but when i chose to do the update it start to download and it goes to queue . I've alredy tried to restart and reinstall the game but it is always doing the same.

mine is stuck at 1%, says its updating, goes into queue, starts updating again, then says installation stopped. bungie.net is currently down so maybe that has something to do with it

 

Can’t download the Netflix app on Xbox One

Hi, I’ve been trying for weeks to get the Netflix app on my Xbox One S but as soon as I press “install now” it goes into the queue and then a notification comes up saying “Installation Stopped” with no explanation as to why. Please help.

This sounds like normal behaviour. If you open your queue list and monitor the installation for 20-30 minutes does installation percentage % appear to increase?

 

That happen to my download, but it did finish, some times it would go fast then slow down.

 

No i have downloaded many things but this is strange .

I have started yesterday and yesterday afternoon it was at 6 %. Now is 6% . I have left the console on for all the night

 

First, go to Settings, Power, Restart Xbox and restart the console. When it comes back on, check on the progress for a few minutes. If it still doesn't move, cancel the installation and go to Settings, Power, Turn Xbox off. Once it is off, unplug the power
cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug it back in, and restart the installation. If it still gets stuck, you'll have to start troubleshooting your network.

Is Microsoft XBOX server down in Redmond? I tried downloading NBC and play Halo Master Chief Sargent but nothing, Game goes to music and a cool picture, could use that for a open house someday and the NBC just spins. Hopefully it fixed.

Is there a way to get the Halo game to stop trying to load?

The game not starting and something not downloading are separate issues, but the steps I listed should help you too

 

Why don't I even get my achievements on my icon on this picture in the forums or my GOLD tag.
