My information was breached

I am under the belief that my information was breached on xbox. On Sun, Sept. 17, I received about 30 phone calls in a row from a No ID caller, the guy on the line had a very heavy Asian/Korean/Japanese style accent, and when I didn't say anything he would
say things like "hello? I hear you. Hello fat boy" and when I told him idk who you are but stop calling me he always had a variation of "What are you gonna do call the cops? Nope, you can't do anything". I was able to have Verizon block all these kind of calls,
then I received Xbox messages from a user saying things in the same way, like he didn't fully understand how to speak English. He said "herro fat boy, u no hide from me" and when I didn't answer in a min he said "u think u can just ignor me" I was able to
block and report him. The account was only about 5 days old, had no friends and only 1 follower, and only achievements on a game called Warframe. I am still freaking out because idk what all information he has or what his intentions are. Is there anyone who
has experienced something like this?

thats not really sueing them, thats there customer service paying for there mistakes. if they refuse to then you can sue them i guess, but that wud just end up with you paying more to lose a case, lol.

XBL has NEVER been breached where your user information could of been taken therefore its your fault if you were phished or socially enginneered.
