My in game credits did not load, what do I do

If you bought Robux in-game and the game shut down before you received the Robux or item, here’s what you can do:

Check your Roblox purchase history at https://www.roblox.com/transactions to confirm if the purchase went through.

If the Robux was charged but not delivered, submit a support ticket directly to Roblox here:

https://www.roblox.com/support

Choose Billing & Payments > Robux and explain what happened.

Yes i did and this is what it shows me. a Perfect History. So i don't see how I am being block for.

You can view your ban by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and it should tell you the reason and when it expires. You can also file a case review from there if your ban is eligible.
