My image is deformed

Hi,

I play pgatour 2k23 and sudenley my image is blurry and I cant see the image, I want to contimue playing. The temporary solution is I enter in the app window for xbox and I click on reset, It solved the problem for a game or two.

I verified the internet speed and its verry good

I went in pgatour 2k23 support,

And they tell me I must solved my issue with microsoft my issue is I cant see picture its corrupt and I cant play, could you help me, you will see a picture of all the test I made to the console xbox one

I went at support for pga2k23 and he tell me to do some test recommand by you Microsoft, after I did every test (I add a picture of each step , but I still not resolved my issue.

My issue it shown the image where I cant see nothing I wish I can play that game, couldyou help me to resolved my issur pls
