No one in the forums can assist with resetting a user's home console count. Only phone support can do that.

If the purchasing account is logged into the console your brother is playing on, he should be able to play the games.

If you've already reach your limit, you'll have to wait the year until you can change it again.

I don't think you can, but you can set her account as the homexbox and itll make it so you can use the xbox live on your own account

HomeXBOX is working with three different accounts.

I only face this problem with one account.

I have already reset the console, unplugged of power and format the console, but nothing happened.

it's not that big issue to me, but I really want to know why it's happing.
