My home xbox

Since when could I only switch between home xboxes three times a year? I swear I did it more than that this year and i've never heard this til today when I desided to set my xbox back to my home xbox but suddenly im not able to. Please help me to resolve
this asap. Because if I lose my internet connection I will no longer be able to play any of my downloaded games.

It's always been 3 times every 12 months,ever since the home xbox thing was introduced.

You can try contacting phone/chat support & they may reset the counter for you but are under no obligation to do so.

Since forever! As already stated, it's always been that way.

 

You can still play disc based games but all of your downloaded games are on the last console you designated as "Home".

This feature is really meant for 2 consoles in the same household. Not for you to abuse it.

 

Didn't abuse it both consoles are in my house but one isn't mine I did it so they could enjoy my gold membership.

 

abuse huh? You really should ask questions before opening your limited brain capacity and letting your lips flap around. How about this, I have 6 XBox One's in my home. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM IS M I N E! NOT yours, not m$'s. I have an advanced warfare
consloe, made it my home xbox, wife gets a contract nursing position out of state, she takes that one and I get the halo mcc xbox one. Make it my home xbox, then I get a halo 5 xbox one, make it my home console, then get the Gear 4 Co sole, make it my home
console. What exactly is the abuse there? Other than m$ telling me that I CANNOT have more than 3 changes a year on my OWN EFFING CONSOLES?!

The point here is to relay a sense of maybe engaging brain before putting mouth to full throttle when you make snide comments on others legitimate posts.

would love to have been able to remove one of the duplicates that the trusty ol' m$ software decided needed to be added in, but apparently deleting has been locked for the post, so......deal with it

 

While I understand your need to assert ownership of your property, just why would you need to change your Home console that often?

Indeed by changing the Home console from the Advanced Warfare console to the Master Chief Collection Xbox, all you have accomplished is robbing your wife of the ability to play the games purchased with your gamertag while she is working away from home. That
seems like a mean thing to do to be honest.
