    My Home Xbox


    I have 2 Xbox Ones at home. We have the gold membership through this account ( our son's account ) We need to set the Main Xbox in the living room as his home xbox but we get the message that he has hit his 3 time limit this year. Not sure how we have hit
    the limit just got the console December for him unless it happened during the initial setup somehow. My question is: Is there any way to reset the counter? Seems pointless to pay for two gold memberships in one house.

    If you have already used the 5 allotted home Xbox changes with in the past 12 months you will have to wait. You can try contacting official support but there's no guarantee they will be able to assist you.
