    I’m trying to set my account as my home xbox but when i click in the box it checks and then gives me a grey spinning circle for about 30 seconds and then it’ll uncheck the box with no error message or anything. I’ve tried soft resetting my xbox, I’ve hard reset it, I’ve removed the account and put it back on and nothing worked so is this just a problem with xbox? Or is it just my xbox? I just got this xbox like 3 days ago. It is a series s.

    If you have already used the 5 allotted home Xbox changes with in the past 12 months you will have to wait. You can try contacting official support but there's no guarantee they will be able to assist you.
