    Hi so I was having issues with game sharing such as when I try to make an account my home xbox it loads and kicks me out of the menu. I was looking to get this issue resolved but Microsoft support wasn’t willing to help. I also tried multiple methods such as factory resetting my console and resetting my home xbox. But none seem to work

    If you have already used the 5 allotted home Xbox changes with in the past 12 months you will have to wait. You can try contacting official support but there's no guarantee they will be able to assist you.
