    My home Xbox..


    So I had a friend of mine come over and we were playing xbox on my account. Then he signed in and he tried to go online in GTA but it said he needed Xbox live. So I checked if i have Xbox llive gold and I did. Then I went to the Xbox support page and looked
    the reason he couldn't get on. it was because my account was home Xbox on someone else xbox and I did not know until now. We tried to switch it but it kept saying that I couldn't and I could only do it 3 times a year. I have never done it before. Im so confused...
    so for my sake please help me out

    It seems someone may have had access to your account info and put it on another Console.

    I agree with others as it may not be the best answer, this will need to be taken up with Xbox support because it seems as someone else might have information on your account

    If you have already used the 5 allotted home Xbox changes with in the past 12 months you will have to wait. You can try contacting official support but there's no guarantee they will be able to assist you.
