    hey I’ve been enjoying Xbox for a long time now but have recently experienced some issues regarding the my home Xbox aspect of my console I have purchased gold on my brothers account and have set that account as my home Xbox yet I’m not allowed to download
    any of the free with gold games This is extremely annoying as my brother doesnr even play xbox that much and basically just pays for me

    Only the account with gold is able to download the free games since they are the ones that purchased the gold. So you would need to download them on his account in order to play them.

    If you have already used the 5 allotted home Xbox changes with in the past 12 months you will have to wait. You can try contacting official support but there's no guarantee they will be able to assist you.
