    I just found out that someone used my account to make their xbox console "my home xbox" I'm just wondering if there's a way to stop this without physically going to this persons house and changing it!!!

    Hi ricardogg86,

    If someone had used your account as their home console and because of this you are not able to set your account as the home console of your own console please contact customer support so they can reset your home console count.

    Unfortunately there is no way to stop that person, just make sure you change your password so they cannot sign in to your account and make your account the home console again.

    If you have already used the 5 allotted home Xbox changes with in the past 12 months you will have to wait. You can try contacting official support but there's no guarantee they will be able to assist you.
