"My Home Xbox" won't load

I have recently discovered the "my home xbox" function. I have 3 accounts logged in. Only one of these has xbox live gold. What I tried to do was to log in with the account with gold and went to the "personalisation" tab in the settings. When I click on
the "my home xbox" button, it just loads forever. The loading icon keeps spinning. Tried to wait for more than half an hour but it just will not start. Any idea why this happens?

Problem. With twitch

my twitch won't load it just puts me back to my home screen

I would try removing the account, and then add it again. Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

I tried this but it is still loading like for a decade.

Sorry to hear about the slow performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

Download Speed

Upload Speed

Latency

Packet Loss %

Wireless Strength (if applicable)

Modem Manufacturer

Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

It won't even load the page on my xbox, it just freezes, no error code no nothing. I have to back out to the home screen.

That's the problem on twitch it's linked on xbox it's not when I try to link it to my Xbox it leaves me on a load screen forever

Account- link social account- twitch then I go to log in twitch home screen and enter username and password it sends me account token and then it stays loading

Also downloaded app on xbox and linked it there and twitch icon still won't load to home screen
