    My home Xbox stuck


    Whenever I try to change my home Xbox it is always stuck as my home Xbox but in order for me to play my games I need to change it but like I said I can’t because it’s stuck and I’ve already contacted support 3 times.

    Did not realise i was limited to 3 switches as to which of the 2 xbox 1 i have was going to be my home xbox, now i am stuck with MY xbox being home xbox, and the other xbox being barley used ,kids need to use mine as its stuck on home xbox and i cant use
    this feature on the other xbox, other than buying all the games i have on my drive, in disc format, i am stuck,,any help would be appreciated,

    Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

    I have the same problem:

    DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

    AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

    KI- crashes to home

    COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

    These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.
