My home Xbox question

My nephew (Person A) recently purchased a digital copy of NBA2K18 on his Xbox One. His brother (Person B) then got an Xbox One (set up in a different room at the same house) logged on to Person A's account and downloaded the game as well, and they were both
able to play it at the same time. Then Person C got an Xbox One and Person A logged on with his account and made Person C's Xbox 'my home Xbox' so that Person C could also play NBA2K18. After Person C downloaded this game, they tried to join an online game
with each other, but were unable to do so. Is the 'my home Xbox' setting interfering in this somehow? Do all 3 people have to own their own title? It's hard to figure this out because at times we have all been able to play at the same time, but not in one
game with each other, only in separate games (but at the same time). Please send me suggestions or comments, thank you.

Xbox One "Sharing"

Hey, i would like to get a response for this issue.

I have 2 Xbox One in home, and I set mine as the "home" xbox so the other one can download everything I buy, but my cousin is moved to home last week and he already had a xbox one so he brought his xbox to my home, so there´s my questions: Is there any way that he can use MY GAMES in his own xbox?

- I know you can only have one Home Xbox, but how does the "Family" option works?

Xbox share? Hate to ask again.

Ok so here's another question. I recently did this with a friend. He bought the white xbox and installed SSOD on his account. After he downloaded it and played it for a bit he went through the process of making his xbox my home xbox.

Now I have not put any of his info into my xbox at all. So why is it when I got home SSOD was installed and ready to play on my xbox?
