    My home xbox problem

    So a buddy gave me his account so we could console share I added to my home xbox and it worked fine. He switched back and now I try and add him and it says that you can only move an account 3 times a year. He says he only shared with me and now I can't even
    move my own account to my home xbox because I get the same message cam anyone help me out?

    Unfortunately there is nothing you would be able to do after you move your Home Xbox 3 times. I would suggest contacting support directly
    here to see if there are any other options available.

    Do you currently have your Xbox One connected to Xbox Live? If not, let's give that a go to see if you're still having trouble viewing your home console. Keep us in the loop!
