    So a buddy gave me his account so we could console share I added to my home xbox and it worked fine. He switched back and now I try and add him and it says that you can only move an account 3 times a year. He says he only shared with me and now I can't even
    move my own account to my home xbox because I get the same message cam anyone help me out?

    it doesn't let me see my home Xbox it just comes up with "your home Xbox settings cannot be changed until we connect to the service" why?

    Unfortunately there is nothing you would be able to do after you move your Home Xbox 3 times. I would suggest contacting support directly
    here to see if there are any other options available.
