  1. My Home Xbox - Out of Switches

Recently, I started gamesharing with a friend I had, at the time trusted this individual. But of course, the individual broke my trust and started up some feuds between me and longtime Xbox friends, and I decided to change my password, and I was at first
going to change back the My Home Xbox switch to my personal xbox, but I have ran out of switches, simply from gamesharing with other friends. Is there any way I can get in contact with Microsoft Customer Service and possibly have my switches reset?

any emails to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus DatenschutzgrĂĽnden entfernt. *** regarding my situation would be greatly appreciated!

Hi you can only change your home xbox up to 5 times a year , then you have to wait a year from last change .

Microsoft can't reset it for you unfortunately. 🤔👍

As long as they can't get into my account I am fine with that, for some odd reason it narrowed down to less than a year and I get my switches back on 11/18/2020. Thanks for the help!

All you could do is wait until the year is over. Then you could switch it back. You only get 5 switches for one year. If you already changed the password your friend won´t be able to log in with your account.

change your password, gamesharing like this can lead to a perm ban, the home setting is for the home, either to share between boxes in the same household or for when you replace your xbox.
