"My home Xbox" Mistake.

Hello. My name is Luke Calabrese, Owner of account . My home Xbox account has ran out of gold, and i have gold purchased on another. When trying to switch Home Xboxes it states "May only change Home xbox 3 times a year" But its been over a
year since i first changed it.

only way it can possibly recover now is by adding an option to disable kinect, not charging for used games, scrapping the xbox live gold fee, releasing a groin HID, making it fully funtional offline and adding the free option of using your current 360 as
an upgrade with BC.

Even then the team that designed kinect should be fired and publicly beaten until they either fluffy bunny in their pants or beg for mercy.

 

You would have to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, otherwise you would have to wait for the year to end (from the 3rd time it was changed, not the first). 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

I spoke to Xbox live today about resetting the x3 counter as my son used them up on friends Xbox's to play his own content on them. I was told after verifying I had permission to request this, that they will reset the x3 counter but this can only be done
on request once only. Feeling hopeful after the phone call that it was sorted, I tried making our 2nd Xbox one his shared Xbox, but keep getting message that this couldn't be done and no changes were made. But at least if you call them, Xbox live
can do a reset of the x3 counter. It just doesn't seem to have come into effect for me yet. I'll be calling them back tomorrow if I'm still having trouble.

 

A follow up to my previous reply. Called Xbox live again this morning as no changes to the x3 counter had happened. A 'Very' helpful guy then went through the process again, but this time I removed the profile then redownloaded loaded it again. This
has worked and now have the x3 counter reset. So hopefully you could go through the same procedure. Good luck.
