MY HOME XBOX IS MY FRIENDS AND CAN'T PLAY OFFLINE

So I went to my friends and we signed in as me on his xbox then set it as my home Xbox to play nba2k16 when I got home I set it back as my home xbox then the same thing happened but I couldnt set it as my home Xbox as there is a year limit so I was wondering
if my Xbox could be set as my home Xbox as my wifi is down and I'm currently using my phone data just to type this also because my wifi is down I can't play any of my digital games which is most of them because my friends Xbox is my home one

Can't Play My Games

While at a friends house for a party, I signed in to his Xbox so we could take turns playing the new Friday 13th game.

Now that I'm home I can't access my games while I'm offline. I complained about it to my friend how I couldn't play. And he admitted to me he took my Xbox home while I was sleeping after the party.

I looked up this problem and it told me I have to wait 4 months or something to switch back my home.

Is there any way to fix this before then ? I just bought a bunch of games during the summer sale and I really don't want to have to wait 4 months to play them. Is there anything I can do to fix this ?

Xbox One friends appearing offline

The same thing is happening to me...I don't know what it is but it is really weird........I cant even use my xbox...I only can get to the home screen and can't do online games......I really wanted to play!

You can only set your home xbox 3 times every 12 months.

Make sure that the xbox has the account you are using set as "My Home Xbox", you can only play certain content offline without making your xbox your accounts home (to prevent game sharing with multiple people who'll just go offline as soon as the game
they want is downloaded and basically share 1 game with 10 friends at once)

Set the console to offline and enjoy single player, works for me

Assuming he is on his "home" console. I have two friends doing the "Set mine to home and I'll set yours to home" sharing feature; when X Box Live is down or they're having problems with their internet...they can't play.

All my games, disc and digital, work offline by using the "Go Offline" feature mentioned by Farscape247; you can find it in "settings".

Today I'm facing the same problem, I am conecting to xbox live, but I can't play my downloaded games, both the paid or free games.

My home page in xbox one is conected to the internet, my pins games and apps appeared, I cans see my online friends, but there is no store page or community page, as if the console is offline.

Please refrain from using other profiles that we don't own, Alfonso. Also, please ask your friend to sign in to his account on your console and validate if it's still set as Home Xbox.

1. Ask your friend to sign in to his account to your Xbox.

2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

3. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

4. Check "Make this as My Home Xbox".
