My Home Xbox Glitched

So me and my cousin decided to put his account on my xbox. When we did this, we wanted to make his account his home xbox on my console. We tried at least 10 times, checked support, and did everything they said. Nothing worked and I kept getting this message.
People said it had to do with the amount of switches left, but he still has 4. Help please.

Both profiles on my Xbox 360 won't connect to Xbox live and won't move or delete

I already tried this and it doesn't work. My Xbox 360 still struggles to sign in into both profiles in my xbox. Its like my Xbox only let's one specific network to sign in. I've used my home network,sisters mobile hotspot,and my neighbors network and my
Xbox doesn't let these networks to sign in into my profile. My Xbox only allows my mobile hotspot to sign in into my profile . I have no idea if my Xbox is glitched or not.

Tomb Raider - black screen of death

I turned off the voice commands and gesture options and let the glitched save load while on the dashboard (hit the Xbox "home" button as you load the save). This worked for me...coincidence, maybe?

You can change which console is your home Xbox up to three times during a one-year period. This period works on a rolling
basis, starting the moment you change your home Xbox for the first time. For example, if you make your console your home Xbox for the first time on January 1st, and then change it two more times, on February 1st and March 1st, you will not be able to change
it again until January 1st of the following year. The next time you'll be able to change it after that will be on the following February 1st, and then again on March 1st. Please make a note of the dates when you change your console to your home Xbox so that
you'll know when you can change its designation again.

When you change home consoles, all device licenses for digital content will move to your new home Xbox. These device
licenses will no longer be available on your old "home" Xbox.

You'll have to wait until the reset on their own. You should also only be setting your own console as your Home. Sharing outside of your own Home is not permitted and can get you and your friend banned.

It states on Microsoft's support page you can share with friends, and even walks you through how to do so. I dislike the way you worded your response too. Please be better.

Multi-trillion dollar company doesnt permit sharing and has no way of fixing their own glitches, cheap.
