    Hello my name is Jub, I've been getting aggravated for the past few months because of the "My Home Xbox" personalization. My brother has been buying games for the past few months now and everytime I want to play them I can't because hes on. So I decided
    I would make his account on my home xbox and it didn't work. I tried multiple times throughout the months trying to make it my home xbox and it hasn't been working. This is starting to piss me off because just a month ago I contacted Microsoft, and the man
    on the other side of the mic said, "Were having problems and your not the only one with the error. It will be fixed in a few months". This is outrageous because it should just be a simple fix but instead its a long boring process. I want to play games and
    im not able to because of this stupid problem. Also I typed in the error code and went to the xbox.com/errorhelp and I typed the code in and nothing popped up. All my chances are gone at being able to play downloaded games and now I have nothing to do when
    I get home. Xbox fix this stuff because I've been waiting for months now and nothing has happened. This **** is basically "USELESS" if you cant use the god damn feature. This is false advertisement.

    help please (my home xbox problems)

    so since all these errors that Xbox has been having, I've needed to set my home Xbox at least 3 times, now that this little social error happens, i cant play anything because it says i have to wait next year to set my Xbox t home again!!!

    Hi Leo! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

    After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Can't make my xbox 'My Home Xbox' even I have 3 switches.

    It was set up on very same Xbox that I'm encountering this error. I "Reset Console" on that before canceling Home xbox then I couldn't make any xbox my home xbox, also this one is not seem to be home xbox either.
