my home screen missing items

has anyone else had the movies games section on their HOME screen just missing?

my connection is ok, I can download and everything, it has been gone for 2-3 weeks now

Can't pin store items since August update.

I use pins on my Xbox One Home screen to keep track of games I am interested in but have not bought yet. Ever since the August 2016 update, I can't add store items to my pins. The option in the new store interface just isn't there anymore. Am I missing something?

The Xbox support site only lists how to pin items from my installed games and apps. And so far searching the support forums has not turned up anything.

How to get xbox live gold block to home screen

On your home screen, scroll down and there should be a tile / option on adding new sections to home screen. Scrolling down - as if going to your pinned items. It's below pinned items and any added items will show there as well - unless personally arranged
differently.

ok, because my connection is good, it just says it might be on their end. ok thanks, just more stuff that doesn't work. worst investment ever

Like mentioned above, just do a reset ( when the console is on, hold the power button in for about 5 seconds ) ..

I do this once a week now and have had no more issues since.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, which specific pre-order items are you missing? If you haven't already, try the following steps:

From the Home screen on your Xbox One, select the My Games & Apps tile.
Under the Games tab, select Destiny.
Press the Menu button and select Manage Game.
On the right side of the Ready To Install section, check to see if there are any of the missing items that need to be installed.

Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results as well as the requested information.
