My heritage is offensive to Microsoft

After having the same gamertag for 15 years, it has been forcibly switched by the enforcement team.
[Mod Removed] was my gamertag referencing my proud ancestry as a Mongolian. Now apparently someone found that offensive. I bet if it was
[Mod Removed] that would be fine. What can I do to speak with someone at the enforcement team?

    :)

Who's gonna enjoy slaughtering english people on ac3?

My point being... Is that the United States of America, were formed by the 13 British Colonies... Your countries Heritage is British etc..

[/quote]Not to go too far Off Topic but that is highly subjective at best. The Heritage of a person from United States is exactly that, a Heritage in which they created in America. Sorry but it is not from British Heritage.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by filing for a case review via the enforcement site
    here

If a gamertag is not allowed on xbox live you are not allowed to post it on the forums.

That's a non-answer if I have ever seen one. The case review doesnt contact me with anyone. I have been discriminated against due to my origins. I'm pretty sure that's a violation of your own code of conduct. My gamertag has no curse words, hate speech or
sexual innuendo of any kind; yet after 15 years it's changed because of one report by someone of no education or class.

Here is the definition of discrimination: person or persons treated differently as a result of some personal characteristic, such as gender, skin color, disability or national origin.

My parents came here from Mongolia. I am part mongolian, and proud of this. Apparently though, my national origin doesn't matter to whatever random, nameless, faceless and voiceless entity that decided to change my gamertag without even a warning.

Did some checking, and you allow Caucasoid and Negroid as gamertags... Not mongoloid though. If you don't think this is discrimination you are wrong. Will a rep from Microsoft please reply, your ambassadors are great but cannot speak for you. I am trying
to do this in a polite and low key manner, however I am weary of not receiving any answer from a rep. I am close to the point of seeking outside help with this racial prejudice.

A case review does contact you with someone.

When you file for a case review it means that you can appeal your case & someone will investigate it again.

A member of staff will tell you the same thing I have.

The enforcement team don't use the forums so no member of the enforcement team will answer you here.

The second part of your old gamertag is also a insulting word for someone with Down Syndrome which is most likely why it was banned.

Daft is an insulting word. Yet your name seems fine. The issue here is that any word you use can be interpreted negatively. The case review does not contact me with anyone. No one directly answers me from the enforcement team, therefore I have not had contact
with anyone. If my name is offensive, then any name with nasty or hot is also offensive- since these can insinuate sex. Basically what you are saying is that because some uneducated child finds that name offensive it gets banned no questions asked. Again I
will point out two words used in the same context that aren't offensive, caucasoid and negroid. If these are fine so is mongoloid.

Also, no offense but you aren't a Microsoft rep. I want someone from Microsoft to explain clearly why they allow racial discrimination from their enforcement team. Also to address the Down syndrome. That hasn't been used in 30 years, and does not matter
if ignorant people take an innocuous word to use in slang. Get a list of some gamertags and go to urban dictionary. I'm sure you can find alternate slang for just about anything.

To reiterate, I had this tag for 15 Years. Think about that. What is more likely, someone randomly found it offensive after 15 years or someone abused the report function.
