    My headset won't work on my Xbox One but It works on everything else


    For a while now I had this problem and nothing I found helps my situation. It's obviously not broken but it's also not the controller's fault either. I use my beats with it and it works but not with the headset. Someone help me.

    I have got a issue. Everything works great but I can not get the chat to work . I am using a official stereo headset, controller fully updated I can get game sound thru it but it just won't pick my voice up. the headset works on my other controller so it

    XP400 Headset on Xbox one

    So I recently bought The xbox one adaptor from turtle beach called "Ear Force Headset Audio Controller" for use of my XP400 on Xbox one I've done all the steps audio works fine but i can't seem to get any chat from my headset or hear anyone else my mic won't
    even pick up my voice was just wondering if anyone else was having this issue.

    Same issue on my daughters xbox one. Bought a new controller and headset, still won't work. Tried the combo on my xbox x and they work perfect. Even did a factory reset and set everything back up and no headsets still work on my daughters system. It worked
    perfect until the last system update.

    I followed everything i could find to fix this, it has to be the software at this point.
