    My headset keeps disconnecting


    When I plug in my headset, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Like, for a minute I can hear and talk perfectly fine, but the next I can't hear anything at all or talk. And when I go to the party, under my name it says, "We can't find a microphone for
    these people," and it has that triangle with the n point in it by my name. I'm pretty sure this is happening because yesterday I let my brother play on my account, but I had him use his headset in my controller. And now when I go to devices, it says my headset
    is not assigned. I'm pretty sure this is not a problem with my headset, because it was working perfectly before I let my brother play with my controller. I would like to know how to fix this as soon as possible because it is really annoying when I'm trying
    to talk to my friends (especially when playing Friday the 13th because communication among counselors is crucial)

    Noticeable input delay all of a sudden.

    Thank you so much for that. Can you please disconnect it first, then perform a power cycle, after that check if the issue is still occurring, and keep the headset disconnected.

    Controller and Headset CONSTANTLY DISCONNECTING from Xbox One X

    The headset is wireless so it was not an issue with any of the ports or their cleanliness. All devices were Bluetooth and kept disconnecting from the Xbox randomly. I did a factory reset on my Xbox (keeping games and data) and it seemed to fix it, at least for now.

    I'm having the same issues with my new headset. I can find it and connect to it on my iphone 3gs, but it keeps disconnecting before I can even test it out on a phone call. I doesn't matter where my phone is I can't stay connected to it. Very disappointing.
